Multiple changes 
- Edited index.html to move previous methods to an "Archive" section
- Moved files and folders to put previous methods in an "archive" folder
- Edited all the links to reflect said changes (mostly in the archived methods)
- Added a unupported methods warning an ALL the previous methods pages
- Added a placeholder for the future Tiramisu page

Remove the www subdomain of wiiubru URLs (#117) 
* Update sd-preparation.md

Removed the www subdomain part of urls for appstore so that upon appstore's downtime the alternate server functions in an SSL env

* Remove www from the rest of the wiiubru URLs

Replace CBHC and Haxchi downloads with the ones from the appstore (#55) 
- Skips the need for downloading and replacing the config file
- The appstore will no longer prompt the user to update
