若有需要，本節最後會附帶些移除 ntrboot boot9strap 漏洞的步驟。

本方法將需要用到另一台已安裝完自製韌體的 3DS 系列主機(如 boot9strap 及 arm9loaderhax) 。 它與下列燒錄卡相容：

#### 必備項目

* 一張相容於 ntrboot 的燒錄卡
* 兩台 3DS 系列主機 
  + **3DS 始源機**：一台已安裝某種自製韌體(如 boot9strap)的 3DS 系列主機
  + **3DS 目標機**：一台已搭載原廠系統的主機
* 最新版的 [boot9strap](https://github.com/SciresM/boot9strap/releases/latest) *(請選擇 `ntr` 版的 boot9strap；非 `devkit` 版)*
* 最新版的 [ntrboot_flasher](https://github.com/kitling/ntrboot_flasher/releases/latest)

#### 操作說明

##### 第一節 — 準備工作

1. 將 **3DS 始源機** 關機
1. 將 **3DS 始源機** 的 SD 卡插入至電腦中
1. 在 SD 卡的根目錄底下建立一個新的資料夾 `ntrboot`
1. 解壓 boot9strap ntr `.zip` 的 `boot9strap_ntr.firm` 及 `boot9strap_ntr.firm.sha` 檔案至 SD 卡的 `/ntrboot/` 資料夾中
1. 解壓 ntrboot_flasher `.zip` 中的 `ntrboot_flasher.firm` 檔案至 **3DS 始源機** SD 卡中的 `/luma/payloads` 資料夾中
1. 重新插入 **3DS 始源機**的 SD 卡至 **3DS 始源機**中
1. 將相容於 ntrboot 的 DS / DSi 燒錄卡插入於 **3DS 始源機** 中

##### 第二節 — 寫入 ntrboot

1. 於 **3DS 始源機**開機時按住「Start」鍵以啟動 Luma3DS 加載選單
1. 選擇「ntrboot_flasher」
1. 選擇「Dump Flash」
1. 等待程序完畢為止
1. 按「B」回到主選單
1. 選擇「Inject Ntrboot」
1. 按「Y」繼續
1. 按「R」鍵選擇「retail unit ntrboot」
1. 等待程序完畢為止
1. 按「B」回到主選單
1. 選擇「EXIT」將 **3DS 始源機**關機
