3DSを起動できない場合、その問題に関連するセクションをお調べください。

問題がどうしても解決できなくてサポートが必要な場合は、SDカードのルートにある.logファイルを[Gist](https://gist.github.com/)へ、問題の詳細と試みた解決策と一緒に送信してください。

SDカードの/luma/payloadsフォルダに
godmode9.firm以外のペイロードがある場合、
起動時に (start) を長押しするとchainloaderメニューが表示されます。
十字キーでgodmode9を選択して　(A) ボタンを押してください。

## DSi / DS機能がガイドを完成したあと機能しなくなりました

### 必要なもの

* 最新版の [TWLFix-CFW](https://github.com/MechanicalDragon0687/TWLFix-CFW/releases/latest) *(the `.3dsx` file)*

### 手順

#### セクション I - 準備

1. デバイスの電源を切ります
1. パソコンにSDカードを入れます
1. SDカードの直下に`3ds`フォルダがない場合、そのフォルダを作成します
1. `TWLFix-CFW.3dsx`をSDカードの`/3ds/`フォルダにコピーします
1. 再度、SDカードを本体に挿入してください。

#### セクション II - TWL の修正

1. Homebrew Launcherを開く
1. HomebrewリストからTWLFix-CFWを起動します
1. (A) を押して壊れたTWLタイトルをアンインストールします
1. (Start) ボタンを押して本体を再起動します
1. システム設定に移動してシステム更新を実行し、次に「その他の設定」を選択し、「システムアップデート」を使用して右に進みます。
  + 必須のTWLタイトルがアンインストールされ、再インストールされます。
1. アップデートが完了したら、「OK」をタップして端末を再起動します 

## Gatewayでダウングレードしたデバイスでは「安全に使用するために」アプリをインジェクトできない

その原因は、Gatewayのダウングレード方法に大きな不具合があって、システムにアプリそれぞれ二つのバージョンを残してしまったことにあります。 そのうちの1つは未使用ですが、「安全に使用するために」インジェクションシステムが混乱し、誤って未使用へインジェクトしています。

1. (START)ボタンを押しながらデバイスを起動させ、GodMode9を起動します。
1. Navigate to `[1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND` -> `title` -> `00040010`
1. ご使用のデバイスのモデルと地域によって、正しいフォルダに移動します
  + **Old 3DS or Old 2DS EUR**: `00022300` -> `content`
  + **Old 3DS or Old 2DS JPN**: `00020300` -> `content`
  + **Old 3DS or Old 2DS USA**: `00021300` -> `content`
  + **New 3DS or New 2DS EUR**: `20022300` -> `content`
  + **New 3DS or New 2DS JPN**: `20020300` -> `content`
  + **New 3DS or New 2DS USA**: `20021300` -> `content`
1. ここでは二つのappとtmdファイルのタイプがあります。一つのタイプは大文字の拡張子（`.TMD`と`.APP`）を持ちます。もう一つのタイプは小文字の拡張子（`.tmd`と`.app`）。注意します
1. (R) を押したまま (Y) を押して新しいディレクトリを作成します
1. Press (A) to confirm the name `newdir` (it does not matter what the folder is called)
1. (A) ボタンを押し、表示されるコンボを入力することで、 SysNAND (lvl1) への書き込みを許可します
1. NANDへの書き込みのロックを求められた場合、(B) ボタンを押して拒否してください。
1. 拡張子が大文字であるファイルそれぞれ (L) を押してマークします
1. (Y) を押してコピーします
1. `newdir`に移動します
1. (Y) を押してファイルを貼り付けます
1. 「Move path(s)」を選択します
1. 拡張子が大文字であるファイルは、すべて`newdir`ディレクトリに移動されます
1. (Start) ボタンを押して本体を再起動します
1. Retry the H&S injection
1. If this still doesn't work, move the uppercase extension files back to the `content` folder, then move the lowercase extension files to the `newdir` folder, then retry the H&S injection

## A browser based exploit is not working

Browser based exploits (such as browserhax or 2xrsa) are often unstable and crash frequently, but they can sometimes be fixed by doing the following steps.

1. Launch the browser, then launch the browser settings
1. 底までスクロールし、「セーブデータの初期化」を押します

## Black screen on SysNAND boot

1. Try booting with your SD card out, and then reinserting it after booting
    1. 本体の電源を切ります。
    1. Remove your SD card from your device
    1. デバイスの電源を入れます
    1. When the home menu appears, reinsert your SD card into your device
    1. If this worked, you should clear Home Menu's extdata by following these instructions:
        1. 本体の電源を切ります。
        1. (START)ボタンを押しながらデバイスを起動させ、GodMode9を起動します。
        1. (Home) ボタンを押してアクションメニューを呼び出します
        1. "Scripts..."を選択します
        1. "GM9Megascript"を選択します
        1. "Scripts from Plailect's Guide"を選択します
        1. Select "Remove extdata"
        1. (A) で続行します
        1. (A) ボタンを押し、表示されるコンボを入力することで、 SysNAND (lvl1) への書き込みを許可します
        1. (A) で続行します
        1. Bキーを押してメインメニューに戻ります
        1. "Exit"を選択します。
        1. (A) ボタンを押すとNANDへの書き込みを再ロックできます
        1. (Start) ボタンを押して本体を再起動します
1. ゲームカード（フラッシュカードを含む）を外したまま起動してみます
1. If you have a hardmod and a NAND backup, flash the backup back to SysNAND
1. Try booting into recovery mode and updating your system
    1. 本体の電源を切ります。
    1. Hold (L) + (R) + (A) + (Up)
    1. デバイスの電源を入れます
    1. If you enter safe mode, update your device

## Clear Home Menu extdata

1. 本体の電源を切ります。
1. パソコンにSDカードを入れます
1. Navigate to the `/Nintendo 3DS/<32-character-id>/<32-character-id>/extdata/00000000/` folder on your SD card
1. Delete the extdata file corresponding to your region:
  + **EUR Region**: `00000098`
  + **JPN Region**: `00000082`
  + **USA Region**: `0000008f`
  + **CHN Region**: `000000A1`
  + **KOR Region**: `000000A9`
  + **TWN Region**: `000000B1`
1. 再度、SDカードを本体に挿入してください。

## Black screen on SysNAND boot after Installing boot9strap

1. Ensure you have a working payload
    1. Check for the existence of `boot.firm` in the root of your SD card.
1. Lumaの設定をリセットし、オプションを再設定します
    1. SDカードから`/luma/config.bin`を削除します
    1. 起動時にオプションを設定します
1. Test booting GodMode9
    1. Luma3DSでは、起動時に (Start) を長押しします
1. Try deleting home menu's extdata by following these instructions:
    1. 本体の電源を切ります。
    1. (START)ボタンを押しながらデバイスを起動させ、GodMode9を起動します。
    1. (Home) ボタンを押してアクションメニューを呼び出します
    1. "Scripts..."を選択します
    1. "GM9Megascript"を選択します
    1. "Scripts from Plailect's Guide"を選択します
    1. Select "Remove extdata"
    1. (A) で続行します
    1. (A) ボタンを押し、表示されるコンボを入力することで、 SysNAND (lvl1) への書き込みを許可します

1. If you previously downgraded with Gateway, ensure that you are using the latest Luma3DS version

## Blue screen on boot (bootrom error)

1. Your device is bricked
1. You will need to get an ntrboot-comptible flashcart (one of the ones on [this list](ntrboot) or a [hardmod](https://gbatemp.net/threads/414498/), or repair / replace your device
