Lily 5d6801e5c6 installing-b9s-*: update troubleshooting links 
The troubleshooting overhaul changed troubleshoot titles, so they've been changed accordingly.
The troubleshooting page has been moved around a bit to make it easier for people to find the most likely issue (missing boot.firm).

Lily 13e6b07618 QOL changes: troubleshoot DNS issues, clarify boot9strap download, clarify QR code camera 
These QOL changes:
- Add information about DNS issues to safecerthax and SSLoth-Browser.
- Change instaces of "ntr boot9strap" and "standard boot9strap" to their actual filenames, to lessen confusion.
- Instructs users to click the QR code button in the camera before scanning it.

yes we got a complaint about this, im not a fan of "3DS's" either but it's the best we can do unless someone has a better idea
