treewide: default to MSET9 where possible 
As MSET9 has mostly matured, we will no longer need several other
exploits.

The following are removed:
- alternate-exploits (and all linked by it)
- All seedminer-related paths
- firmware update pages

Adapted from 3DS:Alternate Exploits/Installing boot9strap (MSET9) on
the wiki, a page written primarily by @Gruetzig.

Also modifies FAQ accordingly.

d58eaa7cfc 11.17: reword for 11.14/11.15 n3ds 
11.14/11.15 n3ds are told to update to latest FW which may confuse people since this textbox says the method may become more difficult. This should mitigate that.
