treewide: two space indent -> four space indent
Apparently, this is the correct way to do markdown indents. This should
allow portability of markdown files, should we ever move elsewhere.

configure-luma3ds: slight reword so that we don't need the include argument
This way, we can just "Hold SELECT and boot" -> configure-luma3ds on
the relevant pages.
This reverts commit 1eaf72401f.
