reworded the "create nintendo dsiware" to make it easier to see that it will have to be created if its not there
added some verbiage to the top of the what you need section to help remind (even after just 3 steps) that the file you need is probably on SD root

i have been seeing an awful lot of users lately who are very confused about the whole "this method requires a powerful pc". it gives them the impression that *they* need the powerful pc. i've edited the line to suggest more heavily that someone else can do it for them and to just continue on
