The troubleshooting overhaul changed troubleshoot titles, so they've been changed accordingly.
The troubleshooting page has been moved around a bit to make it easier for people to find the most likely issue (missing boot.firm).
These QOL changes:
- Add information about DNS issues to safecerthax and SSLoth-Browser.
- Change instaces of "ntr boot9strap" and "standard boot9strap" to their actual filenames, to lessen confusion.
- Instructs users to click the QR code button in the camera before scanning it.
HBL-Soundhax: Account for browsers trying to play Soundhax as a video
B9S-Soundhax: Switch to v1.2 release of pre9otherapp; use v2.0 in case of prolonged failure; add file extension clarification
additionally, remove support for n3ds ctrtransfered to 2.1.0 as instructions for doing that haven't been around for years and it's highly unlikely any 2.1.0 n3ds consoles are still around
