Asked VegaRoXas for permission to rehost as zip with only steelhax folder. 
permission granted. 
modification should make it less error prone for users copying files

df68d0a676 use finalizing setup (#1691)
* transition b9s update to use finalizing setup

this helps to get folks on 7.1 to current apps to include gm9, and to create an essentials backup if needed.
it also centralizes the recommended apps to a single page rather than splitting them across multiple

* use finalizing setup for a9lh-to-b9s

centralize app recommendation and backup steps to finalizing setup

Add "Update to 11.9.0 or ..." next to versions without a method
This makes it more obvious to users that it is safe to update from an
old version to 11.9.0, in order to access the eShop to get a title
required for seedminer.

People keep getting confused about what to do once they have 'selected install b9s' and think that just because they hovered it, it's done. This should fix that.

i have been seeing an awful lot of users lately who are very confused about the whole "this method requires a powerful pc". it gives them the impression that *they* need the powerful pc. i've edited the line to suggest more heavily that someone else can do it for them and to just continue on

note about files not being in screenshot
clarification added for screenshot. not sure removing the screenshot outright makes sense considering people get confused with too many words when pictures dont break it up.

update the twl fixing section of troubleshooting
This removes the need for torrenting the cias for the essential twl titles; instead they are just deleted with a homebrew app then redownloaded from nus using a normal system update.
