Notes de compatibilité

Super-skaterhax (when used to launch the Homebrew Launcher) is compatible with New models on version 11.16.0 in all regions except TWN/CHN.

The instructions provided only apply to the New 3DS, New 3DS XL, and New 2DS XL. Please ensure that the device you are modding is a New 3DS, New 3DS XL, or New 2DS XL before continuing.

Section I - Updating the System

  1. Mettez à jour votre console en vous rendant dans les Paramètres de la console, puis “Autres paramètres”, puis tout à droite sur l’option “Mise à jour”
    • La console peut afficher un message disant “Aucune mise à jour nécessaire” au lieu de faire une mise à jour. This is normal if you are already up to date; continue to the next section
    • If this gives you an error, set both your DNS settings and Proxy settings to “Auto”

Section II - Préparatifs

In this section, you will copy the files needed to trigger both super-skaterhax and the Homebrew Launcher.

  1. Éteignez votre 3DS
  2. Insérez votre carte SD dans votre ordinateur
  3. Copiez boot.firm et boot.3dsx depuis Luma3DS .zipvers la racine de votre carte SD
    • La racine de la carte SD représente le répertoire initial de la carte SD où vous pouvez voir le dossier Nintendo 3DS, mais ce n’est pas à l’intérieur de ce dernier
  4. Copy everything inside the folder for your device’s region in the super-skaterhax .zip to the root of your SD card
  5. Retirez la carte SD de votre ordinateur et réinsérez-là dans votre 3DS
  6. Allumez votre console

Section III - super-skaterhax

In this section, you will visit the browser exploit webpage, which will launch the Homebrew Launcher.

If you haven’t already, make sure you have a working Internet connection set up on your device.

  1. On the HOME Menu, press the Left and Right shoulder buttons at the same time to open the camera
    • If you are unable to open the camera, open the Internet Browser and manually type the URL instead (https://zoogie.github.io/web/super/ for EUR/USA/JPN, https://zoogie.github.io/web/korea for KOR)
  2. Tap the QR code button and scan one of the following QR codes for your device’s region here
    • If you get a security certificate warning, press (A) to allow the connection
  3. Press the (Select) button to open the bookmark tab
    • If your (Select) button does not respond, tap the star icon on the bottom-left corner of the screen
  4. Tap “Bookmark this page”
  5. Press (B) once to return to the browser
  6. Press (Start) to open the context menu
    • If your (Start) button does not respond, tap the 3-line menu on the bottom-right corner of the screen
  7. Tap on “Settings”
  8. Tap on “Delete Cookies”
  9. Appuyez sur (A) pour continuer
  10. Press (Home) to return to the HOME Menu, then immediately press (A) to launch the browser again
  11. Select the “GO GO!” button on the top screen
    • If any prompts appear, approve all of them
    • If your device freezes on a yellow screen, hold the POWER button until it turns off, then retry this section
    • If your device freezes on a red screen, hold the POWER button until it turns off, redo step Step 3 of Section II, then retry this section

  12. If the exploit was successful, your device will have booted into the Homebrew Launcher
  13. Éteignez votre 3DS

Section IV - Hardware Button Check

  1. Lorsque votre console encore éteinte, maintenez enfoncés les boutons suivants : (L) + (R) + (Haut sur la croix directionnelle) + (A), et tout en maintenant ces boutons enfoncés, allumez votre console
    • Keep holding the buttons until the device boots to a system update screen (this is Safe Mode)
  2. If you see the system update screen, press Cancel
    • Votre console va s’éteindre
    • Si la console démarre à partir du menu HOME, éteignez simplement votre console

If your device booted into Safe Mode, continue to Installing boot9strap (HBL-USM)

If your device did NOT boot into Safe Mode, continue to Dumping Movable (nimhax)
