Lily 1dfd889568 region-changing/ctr: rename section, add emphasis
A lot of people are skipping section VI because they don't think it's mandatory or are scared off by the word "deleting". This hopefully lessens that by rewording the section to remove the word "deleting" and by emphasizing that save data won't be affected.
