##### Vaihe I – Valmistelut

1. Sammuta konsolisi
1. Aseta SD-korttisi tietokoneeseesi
1. Kopioi `SafeB9SInstaller.firm` SD-korttisi juureen ja uudelleennimeä se siellä muotoon `boot.firm`
1. Kopioi `starter.zip`-pakkauksen _sisältö_ SD-korttisi juureen
1. Luo `boot9strap`-niminen kansio SD-korttisi juureen
1. Kopioi boot9strap-`.zip`-pakkauksesta `boot9strap.firm` ja `boot9strap.firm.sha` SD-korttisi `/boot9strap/`-kansioon

1. Käynnistä konsolisi

##### Vaihe II – Ntrboot

1. Käytä magneettia löytääksesi konsolistasi kohdan, jossa lepotilan anturi aktivoituu
  + Tämä ei ole tarpeen vanhalla 2DS:llä (jossa on erillinen kytkin lepotilalle)
1. Sammuta konsolisi
1. Aseta flash-korttisi konsoliisi
1. Aseta magneetti konsolin päälle aktivoidaksesi lepotilan anturin
  + Jos käytät 2DS:ää, käytä sen sijaan konsolin lepotilakytkintä
1. Pidä pohjassa (POWER) + (START) + (SELECT) + (X) -painikeyhdistelmää useamman sekunnin ajan ja päästä ne sitten irti
  + Lepotilan aktivoiminen magneetilla saattaa vaatia useamman yrityksen, koska anturi on hankalassa paikassa
1. Jos haavoittuvuuden hyödyntäminen onnistui, SafeB9SInstallerin pitäisi avautua

##### Vaihe III – Boot9strapin asentaminen

1. Odota, kunnes kaikki turvatarkistukset on suoritettu
1. Syötä kehotettaessa annettu painikeyhdistelmä asentaaksesi boot9strapin
1. Kun toiminto on suoritettu, pakota konsolisi sammuksiin pitämällä virtapainiketta pohjassa

##### Vaihe IV – Luma3DS:n määrittäminen

The following are optional sections that will allow you to restore your flashcart to its original state (to allow it to be used for its standard functions).

Note that the Acekard 2i retains its ability to launch `.nds` files while having the ntrboot exploit installed. This only applies when the Acekard 2i is in a 3DS running some kind of custom firmware! While the ntrboot exploit is installed to the Acekard 2i, it will be unable to launch `.nds` files on stock NDS, NDSL, DSi, or 3DS system.

Do not follow any of these sections until you have completed the rest of the instructions on this page.

##### Section V (i) - Removing ntrboot (NDS Flasher)

1. Eject your flashcart from **the target 3DS**
1. Aseta SD-kortiton flash-korttisi takaisin **lähde-NDS/-NDSL**-konsoliin
1. Press (Y) to "restore flashrom"
1. Press (B) to "EXIT"

##### Section V (ii) - Removing ntrboot (3DS Multi System)

  + Acekard 2i users should have noted their HW Rev number earlier
  + If you are using an Acekard 2i and did not note your HW Rev, using the "Dump Flash" funciton of ntrboot_flasher will tell you

###### Instructions

1. Sammuta konsolisi
1. Aseta SD-korttisi tietokoneeseesi
1. Luo `ntrboot`-niminen kansio SD-korttisi juureen
1. Copy `backup.bin` from your flashrom backup `.zip` to the `/ntrboot/` folder on the root of your SD card
1. Create a folder named `payloads` in the `luma` folder on your SD card 
1. Kopioi ntrboot_flasher-`.zip`-pakkauksesta `ntrboot_flasher.firm` **lähde-3DS**:n SD-kortin `/luma/payloads`-kansioon
1. Reinsert your SD card back into your device
1. Insert your ntrboot compatible DS / DSi flashcart into your device
1. Launch ntrboot_flasher by holding (Start) during boot
1. Valitse "Restore Flash"
1. Paina (Y):tä jatkaaksesi
1. Odota, kunnes toiminto on suoritettu
1. Paina (B):tä palataksesi päävalikkoon
1. Select "EXIT" to power off your device
