이 작업을 진행하면 NNID가 더이상 시스템과 호환되지 않아 연결이 해제됩니다. 이 작업 후에는 오직 **한번도 e숍에 접속한 적이 없는 뉴 3DS**와 **모든 구 3DS**만이 바뀐 지역에서 만든 새로운 NNID를 이용하여 e숍에 접속할 수 있습니다. 기존 지역에서 e숍에 접속한 적이 있는 뉴 3DS는 지역을 바꾼 후 새로운 NNID를 만들 수 없으며 e숍에도 접속할 수 없습니다!

간혹 e숍 접속이 가능해야 하는 기기임에도 알 수 없는 이유로 이용이 불가능한 경우도 있음을 숙지하세요. 이는 전적으로 닌텐도의 서버와 연관된 문제로써 어쩔 수가 없습니다.

Similar to the above warning, note that occasionally the eShop will inexplicably work for devices that it should not (such as some New 3DSs). The cause for this is currently unknown.

Region changing using CTRTransfer (which this method uses) seems to cause reboot patches to break. The cause for this is unknown, but for now Old 3DS users will be unable to play extended memory mode games (such as Monster Hunter, Super Smash Bros, and Pokémon Sun / Moon) until they format their devices (details at the end of this page).

#### 진행 방법

##### 섹션 I - 준비 작업

1. Power off your device
1. SD 카드를 컴퓨터에 삽입하세요.
1. SD 카드의 최상위 경로에 `cias` 폴더가 없을 경우 폴더를 만드세요.
1. Copy `GodMode9.bin` from the GodMode9 `.zip` to the `/luma/payloads/` folder on your SD card and rename `GodMode9.bin` in `/luma/payloads/` to `start_GodMode9.bin`
1. Copy the 9.2.0 CTRTransfer image `.bin` from the CTRTransfer `.zip` to the `/files9/` folder on your SD card
1. FBI `.zip` 파일에서 `FBI.cia` 파일을 SD 카드의 `/cias/` 폴더에 복사하세요.
1. Reinsert your SD card into your device

##### Section II - CTRTransfer

1. Launch GodMode9 from arm9loaderhax by holding (Start) during boot
1. Navigate to `SDCARD` -> `files9`
1. Press (A) on the CTRTransfer `.bin` to select it
1. Select "CTRNAND options..."
1. Select "Transfer image to CTRNAND"
1. If prompted, select "Transfer to SysNAND"
  + This prompt will only appear if you have an EmuNAND
1. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
  + This process will take some time
1. Once the transfer has completed, press (A) to continue
1. Press (B) twice to return to the main menu
1. Navigate to `SYSNAND CTRNAND` -> `dbs`
1. Press (A) on `ticket.bak` to select it, then select "Mount as ticket.db"
1. If it exists, hold (R) and press (A) at the same time on `eshop` to select the folder, then select "Copy to 0:/gm9out"
  + This process may take some time if you have many tickets
  + Press (A) to continue once it has completed
1. If it exists, hold (R) and press (A) at the same time on `unknown` to select the folder, then select "Copy to 0:/gm9out"
  + This process may take some time if you have many tickets
  + Press (A) to continue once it has completed
1. Press (Start) to reboot your device
1. Update your device by going to System Settings, then "Other Settings", then going all the way to the right and using "System Update"
  + A9LH + Luma (지금 적용되어 있는 것) 상태에서 하는 업데이트는 안전합니다. 그만 물어보십시오.

##### Section III - Injecting FBI

1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch GodMode9
1. Navigate to `SDCARD` -> `cias`
1. Press (A) on `FBI.cia` to select it, then select "CIA image options...", then select "Mount image to drive"
1. Press (A) on the `.app` file, then select "NCCH image options", then select "Inject to H&S"
1. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
1. (A) 버튼을 눌러 진행하세요.
1. Press (Start) to reboot your device
1. 기존 안전을 위한 주의사항 앱이 실행되고 예전에 게이트웨이로 다운그레이드한 적이 있다면 [이 문제 해결 가이드](troubleshooting#gw_fbi)를 따르세요.

##### Section IV - Reinstalling Tickets

If you had no `eshop` or `unknown` folders earlier, skip this section.

1. Launch Health and Safety (which is now FBI)
1. Navigate to `SD` -> `cias`
1. Select "FBI.cia"
1. Select the "Install" option, then press (A) to confirm
1. Return to the SD directory with (B)
1. Select "gm9out"
1. Do the following process for either the `eshop` folder, `unknown` folder, or both
  + Navigate to the folder
  + Select "\<current directory>"
  + Select "Install and delete all tickets"
  + Wait. 시스템이 멈춘 것 같더라도 기다리세요.
  + Press (A) to confirm
  + Press (B) to decline installing tickets from CDN.
1. Press (Home) to exit FBI

##### Section V - Region settings

1. Launch the System Settings
1. "기타 설정", "유저 정보", "지역 정보"까지 차레로 이동하세요.
1. 변경한 지역에 속한 국가를 선택하세요.
1. 메시지가 뜨더라도 '주'까지 설정할 필요는 없습니다.
1. 본체 설정에서 지역이 변경된 커스텀 펌웨어 SysNAND를 최신 버전으로 업데이트하세요.

##### Section VI - Restore Health and Safety

1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch GodMode9
1. Press (Home) to bring up the action menu
1. Select "More..."
1. Select "Restore H&S"
1. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given

##### Section VII - Remove CTRTransfer image

1. Navigate to `SDCARD` -> `files9`
1. Press (X) on the CTRTransfer image `.bin` to delete it
1. (A) 버튼을 눌러 진행하세요.
1. Press (Start) to reboot your device
