Website Cleanup (#89)
* Update footer.html Dynamic footer links * Rename .txt to .md They are markdown formatted in the actual website, not text files plastered onto the website * Quality of life changes - Merge SD card sections together - Update vWii links - No need for a Table of Contents for a literal one section page. - Merge vWii and Wii Mini sections in the Get Started page - No need to repeat "need help? Join us" in the WiiWare patcher section * FAQ redo - vWii & Wii Mini QNA removed since they're already answered in the guide - Same for firmware question - RiiConnect24 questions related to initail install should be in that page. - Explain error that it's in Wiimifi. - Redesign page to have Questions and answers on separate lines, remove backgrounds and use h3's * More quality of life updates * Move words to locations that make sense * Fix instructions numering in the markdown file itself * Merge 3 pages into one and remove step from str2hax page * Add some more polish * Update priiloader System Menu Hacks list - It is now 4 characters shorter in length - Change descriptions to either remove uneccesary words or add more context Also: Remove bad numbering in dump-games.md

These tutorials will teach you how to legally dump a GameCube/Wii disk. You can dump it to either your SD card/USB drive or to your PC using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter.

Dumping to your SD card or USB Drive is quicker but it will take up space on your SD card. If the space is not available and you do not mind the slow speed of Internet travels, you could dump it to your PC.

### How risky is hacking my console?
Bricks (a state where either some parts of your Wii software are not working, or your Wii is not working at all) are now *basically* impossible unless you ignore/circumvent all safety checks.
### Where should I go for support?
Either email us at support@riiconnect24.net or join the [RiiConnect24 Discord Server](https://discord.gg/b4Y7jfD).
### What are the SD card requirements and/or recommendations?
You will need an SD card with at least 128MB to run an exploit.
- If you are using the LetterBomb/Wilbrand exploit, your SD card should be no larger than 32 GB.
- If you are using the Super Smash Bros Brawl exploit, your SD card should be no bigger than 2 GB.
To store homebrew applications, we recommend an SD card with atleast 2 GB.
### I got error XXXXXX in Wiimifi, how to fix it?
In order to check what error that is, please visit the [Wiimmfi error page](https://wiimmfi.de/error).
### What are the limitations in vWii modding?
The following is a list of things that can potentially **BRICK** your vWii (don't do these things!):
* Installing IOS for a Wii console on vWii.
* Installing Wii menu themes not formatted correctly for vWii and/or your region.
* Installing BootMii and/or Priiloader/Preloader.
* Failure during the install of crucial system/IOS titles (e.g. power outage).
* Modifying the vWii NAND without knowing what you are doing.

**A:** Yes, however for vWii, you should follow this [guide](https://wiiu.hacks.guide)
<a name="faq_risky" />**Q:** *How risky is hacking my console?*
**A:** Bricks (a state where either some parts of your Wii software are not working, or your Wii is not working at all) are now *basically* impossible unless you ignore/circumvent all safety checks.
<a name="faq_support" />**Q:** *Where should I go for support?*
**A:** For support mail us at support@riiconnect24.net. Or if you have a Discord account, join our Discord server at [RiiConnect24 on Discord](https://discord.gg/b4Y7jfD).
<a name="faq_le4gbsd" />**Q:** *Can I do this with a 4GB (or smaller) SD card?*
**A:** Yes! As a matter of fact, any SD card with at least 128MB should work to run an exploit, but to store homebrew applications, it is recommended to have an SD card with at least 2GB.
<a name="faq_ge128gbsd" />**Q:** *Can I use a SD card larger than 32GB?*
**A:** You will need an SD card 32GB or lower to do the LetterBomb/Wilbrand exploit (unless you are using FlashHax or str2hax), but an SD card larger than 32GB should be fine.
<a name="faq_nopc" />**Q:** *Can I do this without a computer (e.g. an Android phone)?*
**A:** All you need is the ability to put files on an SD card and an Internet connection!
<a name="faq_error" />**Q:** *I got error XXXXXX, how to fix it??*
**A:** In order to check what error that is, please visit the [Wiimmfi error page](https://wiimmfi.de/error).
<a name="faq_wiimini" />**Q:** *Can I mod my Wii Mini?*
**A:** You can mod your Wii Mini with a new exploit called "Bluebomb".
<a name="faq_dolphin" />**Q:** *Can I install RiiConnect24 on Dolphin?*
**A:** We've developed a program that downloads the News and Forecast information for Dolphin, which is available for download [here](https://github.com/RiiConnect24/.VFF-File-Downloader-for-Dolphin/releases/latest), simply extract it into a folder and run `Install.bat`. You have the option to either run it manually each time to update the files or have it run every hour in the background. This program does not consume many resources.
Unafortunately, all the other channels do not work at the moment because Dolphin doesn't have code to emulate WiiConnect24.

## What is "homebrew"?
[**Homebrew**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_homebrew_video_games) refers to unofficial software including games, utilities, emulators and others.
Running homebrew on your Nintendo Wii is free using the str2hax, LetterBomb or FlashHax exploits. There are also various other exploits in commercial games to get homebrew running.

## What can I do with homebrew?

Here's a list of things you can do with it. While these aren't all the things you can do with homebrew, it should give you a starting point for things you can do. Our guide is meant for you to easily get started, but we have links associated with the things on the list to help you get started.
- Run homebrew applications such as [media players](http://www.wiimc.org/), [disk copiers](/dump-games), [save managers](https://sourceforge.net/projects/savegame-manager-gx/files/HBC_SetUp_R127.zip/download) and more.

- Restore discontinued online services, such as [WiiConnect24](/riiconnect24) & [Nintendo WFC services](wiimmfi).

- Backup and restore copies of your Wii system memory (NAND) using [BootMii](http://bootmii.org).
- Protect your Wii from bricks using [Priiloader](https://wii.guide/priiloader)
- Install applications to your System Menu
- Homebrew applications could use forwarders to launch the .elf file on the SD card.

##### Section II - Setting things up on the SD card
1. Extract the Wii U Plugin Loader `.zip` file to the root of your SD card

3. Create a new file titled `utag.txt` on the root of your SD card, and open it with a text editor.
4. Paste the key you made note of earlier in Step 5 of [Section I - Getting Started](#section-i---getting-started) into this `utag.txt` file, and save it.

5. Insert your SD card into your Wii U.
##### Section III - Running the plugin

4. Navigate to Settings -> Network Settings (or Nintendo WFC Connection) -> Message Service. If you turned the message service feature on, turn it off and turn it on again.
5. Launch Mario Kart Wii Competition Patcher.
6. The patcher will look for save files for Mario Kart Wii on your storage device in various places, and upload them. This is done in case a missing competition is found in your save file. It will also, of course, patch your Wii for competitions.
If you're using the Wii U, you will have to run the competitions patcher whenever you want to check for a competition, because WiiConnect24 is not enabled on the Wii U.
