Link to OSC for Priiloader (see description)

I've heard some people get confused that Priiloader doesn't show up on the Homebrew Channel because the link to Priiloader on GitHub has the folder called apps in "Priiloader_v0_10", causing people to extract "Priiloader_v0_10" to be on root of their card.
