New addition & changes (#91) 
* More updates

- Fix markdown headings in ciOS page
- More rewords for dump games, letter bomb, rsmii remove, Wiimifi and Wii Mod Lite page.
- Include a table for exploits in Get Started page. Includes Bluebomb page which will come soon
- Remove RiiConnect24 mentions in WiiModLite page

2a307ae315 remove Themely entirely for being anti-user 
open source -> closed source, removed /all/ code contributed by other people for no reason other than to be legally able to do this
there's no good reason for free software to be closed source (especially after being previously open source!) other than wanting to hide the code that is containted in the software (which I do not trust, and will not compell my users to trust either)
