[RiiConnect24](https://rc24.xyz/) allows you to use discontinued services from WiiConnect24, which include the News, Forecast, Everybody Votes, Nintendo and Check Mii Out Channel, along with Wii Mail.

This guide is for the original Wii only.

There is no guide to installing RiiConnect24 on a Wii Mini. Attempting to install RiiConnect24 on a Wii Mini will result in a console brick.

#### Instruções
##### Seção I - Usando RiiConnect24 Patcher

1. Clique no link acima para ir para a página do GitHub onde está o patcher.
2. Baixe `RiiConnect24Patcher.bat` se estiver no Windows e `RiiConnect24Patcher.sh` se estiver no sistema Unix
3. No Windows execute `RiiConnect24Patcher.bat`. Em sistemas Unix, abra Terminal e digite `bash`, então arraste `RiiConnect24Patcher.sh` para o terminal e então pressione enter. Deve se parecer com isso `bash RiiConnect24Patcher.sh`.
4. Pressione 1 para "`Iniciar`" e confirme sua seleção pressionando `ENTER`. (NOTA: Essas capturas de tela são das versões do windows) 
5. Selecione o dispositivo que você vai patchear. 
6. Para este guia, escolha "`Instale o RiiConnect24 no seu Wii`" 
7. Escolha "`Express (Recomendado)`". Ele vai te dar tudo que você precisa. 
8. Selecione sua região. 
9. Enquanto estiver nele, RiiConnect24 Patcher pode também baixar alguns outros canais opcionais que não usam RiiConnect24. `[X]` representa as opções selecionadas. Basta pressionar 5 e `ENTER` se você não estiver interessado. 
10. Conecte seu cartão SD ou USB em seu computador, Então selecione "`1`". 
11. Se seu dispositivo foi detectado com sucesso, selecione "`1`". Caso contrário, certifique-se de que há uma pasta chamada `apps` no seu cartão SD ou USB e tente novamente. 
12. Tenha paciência... 
13. Depois de concluído, nós gostaríamos que você dedicasse um minuto para enviar sua experiencia em modo anônimos para nós. Se você não quiser feche o programa. Todos os arquivos já devem estar no seu cartão SD.  
14. If it did not copy everything automatically to your SD Card or USB Device, copy the `WAD` and `apps` folder next to `RiiConnect24Patcher.bat` to your SD Card or USB Device.
##### Section II - Installing WADs
You will now install the patched IOS and Channel WADs that are required to use RiiConnect24.
1. Put your SD card or USB drive in your Wii.
2. Inicie o Homebrew Channel no Wii.
3. Launch Wii Mod Lite.
4. Usando o +Control Pad no seu Controle Remoto do Wii, navegue para `WAD Manager`, depois navegue até a pasta `wad`.
5. Highlight all the WADs in the folder by pressing the + Button to select them. When all of the WADs are selected, press A twice to install the WADs.
6. If you get an error saying a title with a higher version is already installed (error -1035), go back to the WAD selection menu and press the - Button on the highlighted WAD to uninstall it, then try installing it again.

##### Section III - Patching nwc24msg.cfg
You will now patch your `nwc24msg.cfg` file which is required in order to use Wii Mail.
1. Launch RiiConnect24 Mail Patcher.
2. It should only take a few seconds to patch your nwc24msg.cfg. When it's done, press the HOME Button to exit.

##### Section IV - Connecting
You will now set your DNS to our servers. This is optional but it's recommended, because it enhances the use of RiiConnect24 and Wiimmfi by making some other features available.
1. Vá para as `Opções do Wii`.

8. Type in `164.132.44.106` as the primary DNS.
9. Type in `1.1.1.1` as the secondary DNS (if it gives you problems, try `8.8.8.8`).
10. Selecione `Confirmar` e selecione `Salvar`.
11. Selecione `OK` para executar um teste de conexão.

13. Go to `WiiConnect24`, then `WiiConnect24` again, and make sure it is enabled.
14. Back on the WiiConnect24 menu, go to `Standby Connection` and make sure it is enabled.
15. At `Slot Illumination`, we recommend you set the disc light to `Dim` or `Bright`, but this is optional.
16. Finally, go to the `Internet` section, then `User Agreements` or `Agreement/Contact`, then `Yes`. Please read through this. (If you see User Agreements without RiiConnect24's logo, that means using our DNS won't work. You can set `Auto-Obtain` DNS to `On` if that's the case. RiiConnect24 will still work without it.)

Wiimmfi lets you play games online after the discontinuation of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. A instalação é opcional.

If you get error 107245, then you have failed to patch your IOS correctly.

If you get error 107304, then you cannot use our DNS. This will not affect your ability to use RiiConnect24. In this case, set Auto-obtain DNS to Yes.

If you're getting errors such as `WiiConnect24 and Wii Shop Channel currently not being offered in your country`, go to Wii Settings -> Last Page -> Country and change it to United Kingdom.
