Wii Backup Manager is a program to copy Wii games from your computer to a USB drive so you can play the games on your Wii. It also can download game covers from [GameTDB](https://gametdb.com/) and can be used to list what games you have. This tutorial will tell you how to copy over games from your computer to your USB drive. The other features are able to be used in the easy-to-use interface.

We recommend you copy games over with [Witgui](https://desairem.com/wordpress/category/witgui-download/) if you use macOS, or [Wii Backup Fusion](https://github.com/larsenv/Wii-Backup-Fusion) for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Wii Backup Manager is only compatible with Windows.

Om meerdere spellen te spelen, bevelen we u een USB-aangedreven externe harde schijf aan voor uw Wii. We will refer to it as a "USB drive" in this guide. De meeste van deze op de markt werken prima als ze USB 2 terugwaartse compatibiliteit hebben. Schijven met een capaciteit van 1 TB of meer zullen werken. Een USB stick zal ook werken, maar vanwege de grootte van een USB stick zal het niet zoveel spellen kunnen opslaan.

Make sure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32 or NTFS. Formatteer deze niet in andere formaten zoals extFS of WBFS, de laatste is een oud formaat voor het opslaan van Wii-spellen.

#### Instructies

##### Deel I - Downloaden

1. Extract Wii Backup Manager, and launch the program.
2. Insert your USB drive into your computer.

##### Section II - Copying Games Over

1. Go to the `Drive 1` tab, then select `Drive`.
2. Select the drive that you're using for the Wii games.
3. Go to the `Files` tab, then select `Add`.
4. Select `Files` to add multiple games to the program, or select `Folder` to add a whole folder of games.
5. Select `Transfer`, then select `Drive 1` to transfer the games over. It might take a while for the games to copy over.
