Dolphin update again (#259) 
* Add two pages for RiiConnect24 on Dolphin

* Fix a couple things I missed

* Fix broken links

* Redo to use a button format

* Try to fix RiiConnect24 Dolphin
Gemfile and dependabot.yml (if they even show up) are not changes.
I reverted those already.

* Fix typo

* Remove warning about system updates in Dolphin

It's recommended to use the latest beta instead of the latest nightly (development) build, but the stable version is too old

* Clarify on how the stable versions are outdated
This is due to the fact that dolphin doesn't use the stable versions anymore pretty much
