Create wilbrand page (#331) ...

* Create wilbrand page

* Add wilbrand icon

* Add image of Wilbrand in it's natural habitat

As well as an image of running the command on Linux. And the screenshot is in Japanese because I don't care to install 4.3U on this laptop upstairs

* forgot a .png

* I had to press + and -, you do too

* Add Windows screenshot gg

* Add to site navigation

* fix minor spelling mistake

* fixed padding in images and markdown'd that shit!

* little bit of cleaning up

* briefly cover cd command

* if they did not open the terminal in the directory directly
