* Switch Home links from txt to md No longer 404's the home page * Navigation updates, cIOS page revamp and corrections 1. Remove now defunct credits page for navigations that still link to them 2. Move Donations to the footer and removed from the top of every page 3. Add vWii settings to cIOS installation page. 4. Fix typo in bootmii page.
