* friend: Implement GetPlayHistoryRegistrationKey

This implement IServiceCreator::GetPlayHistoryRegistrationKey call accordingly to RE.

Close #1110

* Fix comments

* Fix guid and comment some codes

* Improve guid casting and remove unused vars
