* Add ADD (zx imm12), NOP, MOV (register shifted), LDA, TBB, TBH, MOV (zx imm16) and CLZ thumb instructions, fix LDRD, STRD, CBZ, CBNZ and BLX (reg)

* Bump PPTC version
