869a0e5b73 Refactor seo.html and support OpenGraph image overrides (#1321) 
- Refactor seo.html include and add `page.header.og_image` override
- DRY up handling of page images (`page.header.image`, `page.header.overlay_image`, `page.header.teaser`, and `site.og_image`).
- Allow page images to be set with `header.og_image` page variable in YAML Front Matter as per feature request in #1316.
- Add sample posts for testing `og_image` override
- Set author bio as site OpenGraph default image
- Document `page.header.og_image` OpenGraph override
- Update CHANGELOG and history

  - DRY up button CSS using Sass list and YIQ color contrast mixin.
  - Move `color` and `background-color` to new `btn--primary` class instead of assinging on the default class. Removes the need to override them.

2080469952 Show 4 latest posts when site.related_posts is nil 
`site.related_posts` should return an array of latest posts when no related ones are found due to `lsi` being disabled (GitHub Page's doesn't support it).

This works around that bug by showing the 4 latest posts to populate the "You May Also Enjoy" module when enabled with `related: true`.

3e347970c7 Add vertical scrollbar to sidebars that extend outside the viewport 
Viewing overflowing sidebar content requires scrolling the entire page which is annoying and causes the reader to lose their place.

Use CSS `calc` to approximate height of the sidebar (`100vh` - height of the masthead) and apply `overflow-y: auto` to add vertical scrollbars when needed.
