Support arc bookmark in Mercurial
Summary:
Branch in Mercurial means something else.
Hopefully users wouldn't be too confused.
Test Plan:
$ arc help
$ arc help branch
$ arc help feature
$ arc feature
$ arc bookmark
$ arc branch

$ arc feature
