epriestley 11d0331d21 Fix parsing of "hg diff -r x:y" diffs 
Summary: When you run `hg diff -r x:y`, we get two "-r" arguments in the diff header. Currently, we parse this incorrectly.

Test Plan: Added unit test which previously failed; test now passes.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
