vrana 1b51b74135 Provide a hook for aborted workflow 
Summary:
We start Sandcastle push when `arc diff` starts.
If `arc diff` throws then HHVM waits for finishing the futures.
We need to kill them sooner.

Test Plan: Will implement the hook.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
