Aviv Eyal 1fa8e861b2 parse ls-tree with git-submodule correctly 
Summary:
git ls-tree gives type 'commit' for submodules.

This code-path is only used when a binary file is present in the diff.

Test Plan: arc diff with a binary file

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
