epriestley 3136edf9de Use Damerau-Levenshtein to improve british spellings 
Summary: Price transpositions very cheaply. We might need to edit these weights a bit, but this covers the two previous cases ("test", "alnd") and gets them right.

Test Plan: Unit tests, various `arc x` tests.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
