Brandon Pedersen 4038e7be0a Fix commit message format returned by getCommitMessage 
Git commit messages must have 2 newlines between the subject and body
If used to rewrite a commit message then the commit message will be
incorrectly reformatted.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
