epriestley 5be656aa57 Include extension classes in the builtin list 
Summary: Just like we ship with a list of extension functions, add a list of extension classes so people stop getting lint errors about DOMDocument just because some linter uses it.

Test Plan: Ran "arc lint".

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
