epriestley 61da381c30 Print out the locations of libphutil and arcanist when arc is run with --trace 
Summary: We currently print //additional// libraries, but not the core libraries, which makes diagnosing include problems more difficult than necessary.

Test Plan: ran `arc derp --trace`, got libphutil/arcanist locations

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
