epriestley 67239a08a5 Use hgsprintf() when managing bookmarks in arc patch in mercurial 
Summary: Fixes T4596. I couldn't immediately reproduce this, but the `hgsprintf()` version is clearly more correct.

Test Plan: Used `arc patch --trace` to examine hg commands.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
