epriestley 77262c0cff Add "--revision <id>" flag to "arc land" 
Summary: Allow the user to pick a revision explicitly if they think they know what they're doing. Similar to "arc amend --revision", etc.

Test Plan: Obviously compells a meta-test.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
