vrana ac92f9bdfc Remove getLink() from ArcanistLinterTestCase 
Summary:
Installations extend this.

Another solution would be to extend `ArcanistLinterTestCase` from `ArcanistArcanistLinterTestCase` and return null in `getLink()` to avoid code duplication but I prefer clean class hierarchy.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
