Summary: Also use absolute paths.

Test Plan: Linted Arcanist, libphutil, Phabricator, found no false positives and one real error in [[ https://secure.phabricator.com/diffusion/PHU/browse/master/src/channel/PhutilSocketChannel.php;42d8e8447c8b5d6a$92 | PhutilSocketChannel ]].

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
a complete user guide here:
