Ramkumar Ramachandra e62b23e67d ArcanistGitAPI: document a git ls-files bug 
When a submodule is ignored (ignore=all in .gitconfig),

  $ git ls-files -m

fails to exclude the submodule from the listing. Other commands like

  $ git diff-index --name-only HEAD

exclude it just fine.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
