Update chatbot documentation

Summary:
Remove's PhabricatorBotDifferentialNotificationHandler documentation and adds in:
PhabricatorBotFeedNotificationHandler
PhabricatorBotSymbolHandler
PhabricatorBotMacroHandler

Should have been included in D9477
