3f51b78539 Lay cluster.databases configuration groundwork for database clustering
Summary:
Ref T4571. This adds a new option which allows you to upgrade your one-host configuration to a multi-host configuration by configuring it.

Doing this currently does nothing. I wrote a lot of words about what it is //supposed// to do in the future, though.

Test Plan:
  - Tried to configure the option in all the possible bad ways, got errors.
  - Read documentation.

bf3879b1c7 Fully fix a bad rule object aliasing issue custom remarkup rules
Summary:
Fixes T10234. This is a more thorough fix.

Root issue is that some time around D13589, we started hitting an object cache for `loadCustomInlineRules()`, but didn't adjust the code to account for that.

So if a page created multiple similar engines, we'd return the same `$rule` object for multiple engines, call `setEngine()` on it with different engines, and then possibly try to render using an already-expired engine the second time through.

Instead, create a separate `$rule` object for each separate `$engine`.

Test Plan:
Repro is something like this:

  - Create a custominlinerule which uses an engine.
  - Purge the remarkup cache.
  - Load a page which uses the rule in two engines (e.g., in a revision description, and also in an inline comment).
  - Before change: second one could fatal. After change: clean load.

55b44f53f8 Fix possible recursive embeds in Dashboard text panels
Summary:
We currently detect tab panels embedding themselves, but do not detect text panels embedding themselves with `{Wxx}`.

Detect these self-embedding panels.

I had to add a bit of a hack to pass the parent panel PHIDs to the rule. Generally, I got the Markup API kind of wrong and want to update it, I'll file a followup with details about how I'd like to move forward.

Test Plan:
Created a text panel embedding itself, a tab panel embedding a text panel embedding itself, a tab panel embedding a text panel embedding the tab panel, etc.

Rendered all panels standalone and as `{Wxx}` from a different context.

cd677161e1 Do not CC users without permissions to view an object
Summary:
Ref T4411
I'm not quite sure if this is the right place for this as it will be difficult to provide proper user feedback of why we removed a particular subscriber.
Is the ApplicationTransactionEditor generally the right place to extract mentioned phids in comments?
On the other hand in some cases we cannot really give user feedback why a user was not subscribed (e.g.: commits & diffs)

Adding a diff to a repo where the user mentioned has no view permissions the subscriber is currently still added. Still would have to find where this is donet...

Any other places?

Unrelated: Is there any way to remove a subscriber from a commit/audit ?

Test Plan:
 - Edited tasks with the mentioned user having view permissions to this specific task and without
 - Raised concern with a commit and commented on the audit with the user having view permissions to the repo and without
 - Added a commit to a repo with and without the mentioned user having permissions
 - Mention a user in a task & commit comment with and without permissions
 - Mentioning a user in a diff description & comments with and without permissions to the specific diff

3b5883d8c1 Fix an issue with embedding slowvotes
Summary:
In some applications, using `{V2}` syntax to embed a vote throws. The chain of causality looks like this:

  - We try to render a `phabricator_form()`.
  - This requires a CSRF token.
  - We look for a CSRF token on the user.
  - It's an omnipotent user with no token, so everything fails.

To resolve this, make sure we always pass the real user in.

11c1edfb74 Implement "words of power" against ApplicationTransactions
Summary:
Ref T2222. Differential has certain "words of power" (like `Ref T123` or `Depends on D345`) which should expand into a separate transaction when they appear anywhere in text.

Currently, they're respected in only some fields. I'm expanding them to work in any remarkup field, including comments and inline comments.

This partially generalizes transaction expansion/extraction in comments. Eventually, I'll probably implement some very soft sort of reference edge for T4036, maybe.

7b07f6ab3d Improve remarkup performance (Phabricator)
Summary: As we've moved more remarkup logic post-cache (e.g., to implement policy-aware rules), we're paying more of a price for it. Improve performance in Phabricator by sharing engine instances where possible.

Test Plan: With next diff, this drops 75% of the cost of markup handling in Conpherence.

8ae718c2aa Require a viewer for Remarkup rendering
Summary:
Provide a viewer to all remarkup engines.

This fixes commit summaries in Diffusion, which were failing to link because they didn't have a user and thus couldn't see/load `D123`, e.g.

Test Plan: Grepped for engine creation.

ed00e37f47 Fix commit policy stuff and anchor handling
Summary:
See discussion in D5121. Fixes T2615.

This might cause us more issues if anything is loading commit handles without passing a viewer, but I think I tested all of those cases.

Test Plan: Looked at feed, audit, maniphest, diffusion, differential, owners, repositories.

  - Link unqualified hashes of 7 characters or more which match a commit.
  - Link qualified hashes of 5 characters or more which match a commit.
  - Support `{...}` syntax.

Summary:
  - Unify all the reference/embed Remarkup rules for Differential, Maniphest, Paste and Ponder.
  - Add rules for Pholio.
  - Does not yet unify Diffusion or Files (both are a bit more involved).
  - Prepare for hovercards.

fe500f4268 Pre-prepare for hovercards
Summary:
D5120 and followups refactor and generalize object references in Remarkup -- notably, they move remarkup rules from a central location to the implementing applications.

Preserve blame by doing moves/renames only first. This change moves application remarkup rules into those applications, and renames the ones D5120 modifies.

Test Plan: Typed some preview text into a textarea, got a valid Remarkup render.

57a9c3f07c Improve Diviner handling of paths and remarkup
Summary:
  - Currently, the atomizers don't emit atoms with the right file in all cases. Make them always emit it correctly.
  - Currently, we use absolute paths in some cases and relative paths in other cases. Use them consistently: relative when storing/presenting, absolute when accessing data.
  - Don't preserve linebreaks when marking up documentation (documentation is generally wrapped at 80col, but should not be wrapped in this way when displayed).
  - Markup Diviner link rules (albeit uselesly).
