Summary:
Ref T6367. Do all mail, feed, notification and search stuff from the daemons, in all editors.
There are four relatively-stateful editors (Audit, Differential, Phriction, PhortuneCart) which needed special care to move state into the daemons properly.
Beyond that, I moved mailTo/mailCC/feedRelated/feedNotify to be computed before we enter the worker:
- This is simpler, since a lot of editors rely on being able to call `$object->getReviewers()` or similar to compute them.
- This is more correct, since we want to freeze the lists at this moment in time.
Finally, I renamed `loadEdges` to `willPublish` and made it a slightly more general hook.
---
This is a bit fragile and I'm not //thrilled// about it.
It would probably be cleaner to have separate Editor and Publisher classes (something like @fabe's D11329 did). However, I think that's quite a lot of work, and I'd like to see stronger motivation for it (either in this actually being more fragile than I think, or there being other things we get out of it). Overall, I'm comfortable with this change, just definitely not a big fan of the "save" + "load" pattern since I think it's really fragile, nonobvious, hard to debug/predict, etc.
Test Plan:
Directly updated editors:
- Created a new Phriction page, saw "Document Content".
- Edited a Phriction page, saw "Document Diff".
- Edited a revision, got normal looking mail.
- Faked in `changedPriorToCommitURI` and verified it survived the state boundary.
- Sent Audit mail.
- Sent invoice mail.
Indirect editors - for these, I just made a change and made sure the mail generated:
- Updated a paste.
- Updated an event.
- Updated a thread.
- Updated a task.
- Updated a mock.
- Updated a question.
- Updated a project.
- Updated a file.
- Updated an initiative.

An alternative fix would be to automagically stub everything in these cases. This has potential negative policy implications - consider making a public document with several levels of depth that automagically stubs out its ancestry as public - and additionally the PhabricatorApplicationTransactionEditor framework would make this very tricky code (i.e. you are expected to validateTransactions in said hook *and* return an error if things aren't valid and not do some automagic stubbing, etc.)

- The Move controller currently accepts either a slug or an ID. I can't find any callsites which pass a slug, and this doesn't make sense. Pretty sure this was copy/pasted from Edit or something. Only accept IDs.
- Slightly modernize the Move controller (newDialog(), handleRequest(), $viewer).
- When the user enters a bad slug, warn them that we're going to fix it for them and let them accept or reject the changes.
- Don't prefill the edit note (this feels inconsistent/unusual).
- On the form, label the input "Path" instead of "URI".
- Show the old path, to help remind the user what the input should look like.
- When a user tries to do a no-op move, show a more tailored message.
- When the user tries to do an overwriting move, explain how they can fix it.
- When normalizing a slug like `/question/???/mark/`, make it normalize to `/question/_/mark`.

- Tried to overwrite a document.

Summary:
The search indexing API has several problems right now:
- Always runs in-process.
- It would be nice to push this into the task queue for performance. However, the API currently passses an object all the way through (and some indexers depend on preloaded object attributes), so it can't be dumped into the task queue at any stage since we can't serialize it.
- Being able to use the task queue will also make rebuilding indexes faster.
- Instead, make the API phid-oriented.
- No uniform indexing API.
- Each "Editor" currently calls SomeCustomIndexer::indexThing(). This won't work with AbstractTransactions. The API is also just weird.
- Instead, provide a uniform API.
- No uniform CLI.
- We have `scripts/search/reindex_everything.php`, but it doesn't actually index everything. Each new document type needs to be separately added to it, leading to stuff like D3839. Third-party applications can't provide indexers.
- Instead, let indexers expose documents for indexing.
- Not application-oriented.
- All the indexers live in search/ right now, which isn't the right organization in an application-orietned view of the world.
- Instead, move indexers to applications and load them with SymbolLoader.
Test Plan:
- `bin/search index`
- Indexed one revision, one task.
- Indexed `--type TASK`, `--type DREV`, etc., for all types.
- Indexed `--all`.
- Added the word "saboteur" to a revision, task, wiki page, and question and then searched for it.
- Creating users is a pain; searched for a user after indexing.
- Creating commits is a pain; searched for a commit after indexing.
- Mocks aren't currently loadable in the result view, so their indexing is moot.

This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).
We are removing the headers for these reasons:
- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

Summary:
Provide tighter integration between Projects and Phriction. Partly, I have most
of a rewrite for the Projects homepage ready but it's not currently possible to
publish feed stories about a project so all the feeds are empty/boring. This
partly makes them more useful and partly just provides a tool integration point.
- When you create a project, all the wiki pages in projects/<project_name>/*
are associated with it.
- Publish updates to those pages as being related to the project so they'll
show up in project feeds.
- Show a project link on those pages.
This is very "convention over configuration" but I think it's the right
approach. We could provide some sort of, like, "@project=derp" tag to let you
associated arbitrary pages to projects later, but just letting you move pages is
probably far better.
Test Plan:
- Ran upgrade scripts against stupidly named projects ("der", " der", " der
", "der (2)", " der (2) (2)", etc). Ended up with uniquely named projects.
- Ran unit tests.
- Created /projects/ wiki documents and made sure they displayed correctly.
- Verified feed stories publish as project-related.

Summary: phriction.edit allows you to omit the content string, meaning "don't
edit content". If you're also creating the page, we currently break in a
terrible, horrible, no-good, very-bad way because 'content' can't be null.
Default to empty string instead so phriction.edit creates an empty page instead
of a broken mess.
Test Plan: Called phriction.edit on a new page with no content.

Summary:
Provide three Phriction methods for programmatic access to Phriction:
- phriction.info: get information about a document
- phriction.history: get change history for a document
- phriction.edit: create or update a document
I moved all the editing/creation logic into a new PhrictionDocumentEditor to
share code between the Conduit and Web edit pathways.
Test Plan: Got info and history via conduit. Edited and created new pages via
conduit and web.
