0bf3519045 Rewrite workboards to have way more bugs
Summary:
Ref T4900. Briefly:

  - Much more layout and rendering is now done in Javascript.
  - This should otherwise be identical to the behavior at HEAD, except that:
    - editing a task and removing the current board from it no longer removes the task; and
    - points still don't work.

However, this can now plausibly support realtime workboard updates and other complex state-based behaviors like points calculations in a future change.

Test Plan:
  - Changed card covers.
  - Moved cards.
  - Sorted board by priority and natural.
  - Added new cards.
  - Edited cards in place.

e9f3807cf5 Add a "points" field to tasks
Summary:

Supports fractions.

There's no such thing as an unsigned double so this also supports negative values, technically, although I'll eventually prevent this in the UI.

32225d1dd0 Remove three ancient columns from Maniphest tasks: attached, projectPHIDs, ccPHIDs
Summary:
Before edges, we stored some of this stuff directly on tasks.

  - `attached` was migrated to edges in Jan 2013.
  - `projectPHIDs` was never used, as far as I can tell?
  - `ccPHIDs` was migrated away and dropped more than a year ago.

None of these columns are used in modern code (instead, modern code uses edges).

Test Plan: `grep`, browsed around, `bin/storage upgrade`, unit tests.

5c2e49a812 Allow any user to watch any project they can see

52f7446eea Remove "Create Empty Task" workflow callouts and some other clutter
Summary:
Ref T9908. This removes the "Create Another Empty Task", "Create A Similar Task" and "Create Another Subtask of Same Parent Task" workflow callouts on the task detail page, which are actions that show up after creating a task or creating a subtask.

  - I think "Create Empty" isn't relevant now that we have "Create Task" nearby and the quick create menu?
  - I'm not sure if "Create Similar" is worth keeping. If we do want to retain it, I'd maybe like to find a way to do it generically.
  - I'm likewise not sure if "Create another subtask" is worth keeping.

Overall, these actions are weird/unusual and I'm not sure how valuable they are. I'm open to keeping "Similar" and/or "Subtask" but I'd like to verify that they're still valuable and make sure we have a reasonable design for them if we retain them.

For example, if we want to retain "Similar", maybe a better approach is just to add "Create Similar Object" to every action menu (which is now possible for EditEngine applications)? There's at least some interest in "Create Similar Repository" in Diffusion.

Also removes a very very old piece of "attached files" code.

1583738842 Allow search results to be snippeted, roughly
Summary:
Ref T8646. This is fairly rough:

This interface is very niche, and not really flexible enough to accommodate other result customization (but I don't think we have any plans here)?

I'm just //summarizing// the content of documents, basically showing the first paragraph of their content, summary, etc. This isn't what Google does: it shows snippets surrounding the actual search terms. However, this is more involved and might be less useful in structured data: for example, I'd imagine that the first line of most phriciton documents, maniphest tasks and Differential revisions really might be the best machine-generatable summary of them. The actual contextual snippeting in Google doesn't often seem hugely useful to me. But this might also not be very useful.

There's not much design, not sure if you had any ideas.

I only implemented this for tasks, revisions and the wiki since those seem most useful.

I'm generally on the fence about this, but it's not a ton of work to swap out for something else later. Maybe we can see how it feels? But happy to toss it or rethink the approach.

1dfa94e571 Use binary collations for most text
Summary:
Ref T1191. For most text columns, we either don't care if "a" and "A" are the same, or we expect them to be different (for example: keys, domains, secrets, etc). Default text columns to the `_bin` collation so they are compared by strict character value. This is safer in cases where we aren't sure.

For some text columns, we allow the user to sort by the column in the UI (like Maniphest task titles) or we do care that "A" and "a" are the same (for example: project names). Introduce a new class of virtual data types, the "sort..." types, to cover these columns. These are like the "text..." types but use sorting collations which treat "A" and "a" the same.

ace1feb702 Implement PhabricatorApplicationTransactionInterface on ManiphestTask
Summary:
Ref T5245. A very long time ago I had this terrible idea that we'd let objects react to edges being added and insert transactions in response.

This turned out to be a clearly bad idea very quickly, for like 15 different reasons. A big issue is that it inverts the responsibilities of editors. It's also just clumsy and messy.

We now have `PhabricatorApplicationTransactionInterface` instead, which mostly provides a cleaner way to deal with this.

Implement `PhabricatorApplicationTransactionInterface`, implicitly moving all the attach actions (task/task, task/revision, task/commit, task/mock) to proper edge transactions.

The cost of this is that the inverse edges don't write transactions -- if you attach an object to another object, only the object you were acting on posts a transaction record. This is sort of buggy anyway already. I'll fix this in the next diff.

fae23e0860 Make column reordering after edits on workboards more general

  - The "fixes" language moves into ManiphestTaskStatus.
  - Add a method to list open statuses.
  - Add a method to test if a status is open.
  - Add a method to get default status for new tasks.

Test Plan: Browsed around, lint, grep, created, filtered and updated tasks.

073cb0e78c Make PhabricatorPolicyInterface require a getPHID() method
Summary:
Ref T603. This cleans up an existing callsite in the policy filter, and opens up some stuff in the future.

Some policy objects don't have real PHIDs:

  PhabricatorTokenGiven
  PhabricatorSavedQuery
  PhabricatorNamedQuery
  PhrequentUserTime
  PhabricatorFlag
  PhabricatorDaemonLog
  PhabricatorConduitMethodCallLog
  ConduitAPIMethod
  PhabricatorChatLogEvent
  PhabricatorChatLogChannel

Although it would be reasonable to add real PHIDs to some of these (like `ChatLogChannel`), it probably doesn't make much sense for others (`DaemonLog`, `MethodCallLog`). Just let them return `null`.

Also remove some duplicate `$id` and `$phid` properties. These are declared on `PhabricatorLiskDAO` and do not need to be redeclared.

Test Plan: Ran the `testEverythingImplemented` unit test, which verifies that all classes conform to the interface.

2e5ac128b3 Explain policy exception rules to users
Summary:
Ref T603. Adds clarifying text which expands on policies and explains exceptions and rules. The goal is to provide an easy way for users to learn about special policy rules, like "task owners can always see a task".

This presentation might be a little aggressive. That's probably OK as we introduce policies, but something a little more tempered might be better down the road.

Test Plan: See screenshot.

6d45a2e09b Restore some missing features from Maniphest mail
Summary:
Ref T2217. Fixes two issues:

  # The "task created" email didn't include the task description, but should.
  # We were treaging the "status" event as the "create", but that's kind of a mess. Treat the "title" event as the "create" instead. This makes initial emails say "[Created]".

Test Plan: Created some tasks, got better emails.

dd4537edef Route Maniphest editing and transactions primarily through shared code
Summary: Ref T418. Although Maniphest does not use ApplicationTransactions, we can fake a lot of it and provide a more uniform API. Deletes as much custom code from Maniphest as possible along the edit workflows, using core code instead.

Test Plan:
With custom fields:

  - Edited a task.
  - Created a task.
  - Queried a task with Maniphest.
  - Updated a task with Maniphest.
  - Used `?template=nnn` to create a similar task.

bd40e74400 Migrate auxiliary field storage to common field storage
Summary: Ref T418. Moves data from the Maniphest-specific table to the general one. This patch is a bit gross, but mostly about getting the reads and writes aimed correctly. Future patches will clean things up.
