This is done in regards to T8488 as far as users are concerned. There's still some classes, and etc. that should be re-named probably. T8469 and T8485 are basically moot now though.
Rather than having "Send Message" exposed, just expose "Create Room". Users get the full form. One change is "title" is now required.
This diff removes the concept of "isRoom" entirely.
Test Plan: Verifed a user with no conpherences had sensible data in both column view and full conpherence view. Created rooms with various policies and things worked well.

Summary: Fixes T7254. This reverts the previous functionality, but makes pertinent updates like scaling the images to 35 x 35. Codebase had moved on quite a bit so far from a straight revert but nothing too tricky relative to the code that was here before. This does not allow for changing the images from the conpherence durable column view -- that would require some JS trickery, but also doesn't fit into the current notion of the column being "light". Can always modify this later.
Test Plan:
- from full conpherence, uploaded a square pic and things looked nice
- from full conpherence, uploaded a rectangular pic and wasnt happy, so reinvoked edit dialog and used crop control to make it better

Also, if lots of messages / rooms (100 is the limit) we might not display rooms if we're supposed to. Yay whale usage! :D
Test Plan: made a new room - success. made a new message - success. viewed a room from /conpherenece/room/ i wasn't a participant in and noted it showed up at the top of the five rooms. clicked around rooms and stuff loaded nicely.

Summary:
Fixes T7629 plus an un filed bug that's breaking creating new threads since we need to add participants EVEN EARLIER than we were doing it now that policy is actually enforced.
Back to the main thrust of this, there is one UI corner case - in the main view if you go from 1:1 to 1:1:1 (i.e. add a 3rd recipient, or Nth in a row) the icon only updates on page reload. I figure this will get sorted out at a later refactor as we make the client better / share more code with durable column.
One other small behavioral oddity is in the main view sometime we start loading with no conpherence. in that case, rather than show some incorrect icon, we show no icon (and "no title") and then things change at load. Seems okay-ish.
Finally, @chad - the CSS is a very work-man-like "use the built in stuff you can specify from PHP" so I'm sure it needs some love.
Test Plan: made all sorts of rooms and threads and liked the icons. noted smooth loading action as i switched around

Ref T3165. Builds a dedicated index for Conpherence to avoid scale/policy filtering concerns.
- This is pretty one-off but I think it's generally OK.
- There's no UI for it.
- `ConpherenceFulltextQuery` is very low-level. You would need to do another query on the PHIDs it returns to actually show anything to the user.
- The `previousTransactionPHID` is so you can load chat context efficiently. Specifically, if you want to show results like this:
> previous line of context
> **line of chat that matches the query**
> next line of context
...you can read the previous lines out of `previousTransactionPHID` directly, and the next lines by issuing one query with `WHERE previousTransactionPHID IN (...)`.
I'm not 100% sure this is useful, but it seemed like a reasonable thing to provide, since there's no way to query this efficiently otherwise and I figure a lot of chat might make way more sense with a couple of lines of context.
Test Plan:
- Indexed a thread manually (whole thing indexed).
- Indexed a thread by updating it (just the new comment indexed).
- Wrote a hacky test script and got reasonable-looking query results.

In some applications, using `{V2}` syntax to embed a vote throws. The chain of causality looks like this:
- We try to render a `phabricator_form()`.
- This requires a CSRF token.
- We look for a CSRF token on the user.
- It's an omnipotent user with no token, so everything fails.
To resolve this, make sure we always pass the real user in.

Summary:
Ref T2222. This doesn't feel super clean, but doesn't feel too bad either.
Basically, Differential transactions can have secondary state-based effects (changing the overall revision status) when reviewers resign, are removed, accept, or reject revisions.
To deal with this in ApplicationTransactions, I did this:
- `applyFinalEffects()` can now alter the transaction set (notably, add new ones). This mostly matters for email, notifications and feed.
- In Differential, check for an overall revision state transition in `applyFinalEffects()` (e.g., your reject moving the revision to a rejected state).
- I'm only writing the transaction if the transition is implied and indirect.
- For example, if you "Plan Changes", that action changes the state on its own so there's no implicit state change transaction added.
The transactions themselves are kind of fluff, but it seems useful to keep a record of when state changes occurred in the transaction log. If people complain we can hide/remove them.

Summary: somewhere along the line this broke. Before this patch we fail the visibility check since its based on Conpherence Participants which don't get created and attached until applyExternalEffects. Believe it or not, this was the least gross fix I could come up with; since the permission check is done SO early most other ideas I had involved creating a dummy participant object to pass the check then handling things for real later on... Ref T3723.

removes the whole custom image thing, instead using a more standard application crumbs. Gives this glorious space back to the compose area which is now tens of pixels taller. Also defaults it to the people widget. Basically, fixes T3160.
For now, you **CAN NOT** edit the title of a conpherence. I didn't want to jam in too much here. Next diff will be to change the widget icons into the dropdown switcher, which will also bring back the editing of titles.
Test Plan: looked at conpherence and it was pretty. Resized it vigorously and it wasn't too bad.

I realized that we don't need to keep track of cacheTitle and cachePhoto since those are based off recent participation handles and dynamic relative to who is viewing it. Summary: unifies the code and presentation between adding files via email and web. Also makes it possible to "attach" the same file multiple times, either by just talking about it in the different messages or multiple times in the same message.

A few problems -- first, I can't seem to get this to actually send me email so I haven't been able to reply (which I would have done by generating a reply, then copying the raw email into scripts/mail_handler.php). Second, the subject is often terrible on these emails -- unless the conpherence is named its something gross like "E4:" Third, on create I am noticing an error on array_combine() which I think is related to the need to write array_combine_not_broken or what have you I saw go by... (PhabricatorTransactionEditor does array_combine(xaction->getOldValue(), xaction->getOldValue()) and complains that the arrays are empty)
