Depends on D18939. Ref T13047. Symbol lookup can be activated from a diff (in Differential or Diffusion) or from the static view of a file at a particular commit.
In the latter case, we need to figure out the path a little differently. The character and line number approaches still work as written.
Test Plan:
- Command-clicked symbols in the Diffusion browse view with blame on and off; saw path, line and char populate properly.
- Command-clicked symbols in Differential diff view to check I didn't break anything.

Summary:
Ref T13047. In some reasonable cases, knowing the path and line number where a symbol appears is useful in ranking or filtering the set of matching symbols.
Giving symbol sources more information can't hurt, and it's generally free for us to include this context since we just need to grab it out of the document and pass it along.
We can't always get this data (for example, if a user types `s idx` into global search, we have no clue) but this is similar to other types of context which are only available sometimes (like which repository a symbol appears in).
Test Plan: Command-clicked some symbols in 1-up (unified) and 2-up (side-by-side) diff views with symbol indexes configured. Got accurate path and line information in the URI I was redirected to.

Summary:
See PHI185. When looking at a revision, you can Command-Click (Mac) symbols to jump to their definitions (provided the symbol index has been built).
Currently, the code works on any node inside the changeset list, so it activates when clicking links inside inline comments and opening them in a new window.
To avoid this, don't activate if we're inside an inline comment. This technically prevents you from doing a symbol lookup on a symbol inside a codeblock inside an inline, but that seems fine/reasonable.
Test Plan: Wrote `Dxxx` in an inline, command-clicked it. Before: got a symbol lookup. After: just a new tab with the revision.

When losing focus while holding ctrl, we never get a key-up event; ctrl-f/d/tab make the browser tab lose focus.
So treat 'blur' (unfocus) as if the user released ctrl.
Test Plan: ctrl-f/ctrl-d/ctrl-tab, ctrl-click-outside-of-window, and move mouse over the content - see no help suggestions.

V1 of the implementation. This replaces the previous mode, but I guess there's no real reason we can't have
some symbols always clickable and the rest require modifier.
I'm also a little concerned about discoverability; Holding down ctrl/cmd will make the cursor change, so there's
some hint that something might be up, but that's probably not obvious enough.

Trigger the crossreference behavior on code blocks. Limited to
Differential, where we know what the project is, but includes regular
comments, inline comments, and previews of both.
(Hopefully event handlers on deleted elements also get deleted, so we
don't leak memory? Also, caching is a problem, and I didn't find a way
to mark existing cache entries as stale, like
`DifferentialChangesetParser::CACHE_VERSION`...)

Sometimes a symbol has a nested <span> in it. Clicks on that
should count as clicks on the symbol. So keep looking for symbols among
the ancestors of the click target.
This is a silly method because I don't know if there's a more idiomatic
way to do it in Javelin.

Summary:
This makes symbol cross-references work in Differential. You need to do a little
legwork but I'll document that once the change has baked for a little while.
Basically:
- Projects are annotated with indexed languages, and "shared library" projects
(for example, symbols in Phabricator should be searched for in Arcanist and
libphutil).
- When we render a changeset, we check if its language is an indexed one. If
it is, we invoke the decorator Javascript.
- The Javascript takes you to a lookup page, which either gives you a list of
matching symbols (if several match) or redirects you instantly to the
definition.
Test Plan: Clicked class and function symbols in a diff, got jumped into
sensible sorts of places in Diffusion.
