This is done in regards to T8488 as far as users are concerned. There's still some classes, and etc. that should be re-named probably. T8469 and T8485 are basically moot now though.
Rather than having "Send Message" exposed, just expose "Create Room". Users get the full form. One change is "title" is now required.
This diff removes the concept of "isRoom" entirely.
Test Plan: Verifed a user with no conpherences had sensible data in both column view and full conpherence view. Created rooms with various policies and things worked well.

Summary: Fixes T7254. This reverts the previous functionality, but makes pertinent updates like scaling the images to 35 x 35. Codebase had moved on quite a bit so far from a straight revert but nothing too tricky relative to the code that was here before. This does not allow for changing the images from the conpherence durable column view -- that would require some JS trickery, but also doesn't fit into the current notion of the column being "light". Can always modify this later.
Test Plan:
- from full conpherence, uploaded a square pic and things looked nice
- from full conpherence, uploaded a rectangular pic and wasnt happy, so reinvoked edit dialog and used crop control to make it better
- noted could not update picture from conpherence durable column
- used different user and noted could see custom picture

- Main view
- "Rooms" sub header
- 5 Rooms shown at a time, with room you're looking at in the top on page load
- e.g. viewing /conpherence/x/ the room x is at top always
- solves corner case of when you have yet to "join" the room
- "See More" link takes you to application search for rooms you have participated in
- if no rooms, there is a "Create Room" and "Find Rooms" links.

- Durable column view - still just the latest N, no changes really there
- Transactions - special cased rendering to try to say room vs thread as appropos
- Bug fix - we weren't recording the initial participants transaction post D12177 / D12163. This fixes that.
Should probably test pagination, and if you want to show more than 5 rooms of have it behave more like messages (where you can wind up in the middle of a paginated list) that will be more work. Also, if lots of messages / rooms (100 is the limit) we might not display rooms if we're supposed to. Yay whale usage! :D
Test Plan: made a new room - success. made a new message - success. viewed a room from /conpherenece/room/ i wasn't a participant in and noted it showed up at the top of the five rooms. clicked around rooms and stuff loaded nicely.

Summary:
removes the whole custom image thing, instead using a more standard application crumbs. Gives this glorious space back to the compose area which is now tens of pixels taller. Also defaults it to the people widget. Basically, fixes T3160.
For now, you **CAN NOT** edit the title of a conpherence. I didn't want to jam in too much here. Next diff will be to change the widget icons into the dropdown switcher, which will also bring back the editing of titles.
Test Plan: looked at conpherence and it was pretty. Resized it vigorously and it wasn't too bad.

Summary: files widget updates as new files are added. made basically all edits "ajax" except for when you change the conpherence image which just does a reload. I will fix this in a future diff but it was starting to spiral out of control a bit.
Test Plan: commented on a task with files and noted the updated file widget. updated header image via drag and drop and dialogue -- noted a full reload. cropped image and re-titled conpherence - ajax updated as expected.

We changed most of `phutil_render_tag(, , $s)` to `phutil_tag(, , $s)` which means that `$s` is now auto-escaped.
Also `pht()` auto escapes if it gets `PhutilSafeHTML`.

Summary: pre-patch, when you upload a photo if the conphernece has a name it gets cleared. Post patch this no longer happens. Patch also makes the case where you delete the conpherence name have more sensical text.
Test Plan: named a conpherence, uploaded an image, verified the name stayed the same. Deleted a conpherence name by changing the text to nothing and verified it work correctly, including having good transaction text.
