47856dc93f Track how many columns use a particular trigger
Summary:
Ref T5474. In 99% of cases, a separate "archived/active" status for triggers probably doesn't make much sense: there's not much reason to ever disable/archive a trigger explcitly, and the archival rule is really just "is this trigger used by anything?".

(The one reason I can think of to disable a trigger manually is because you want to put something in a column and skip trigger rules, but you can already do this from the task detail page anyway, and disabling the trigger globally is a bad way to accomplish this if it's in use by other columns.)

Instead of adding a separate "status", just track how many columns a trigger is used by and consider it "inactive" if it is not used by any active columns.

Test Plan: This is slightly hard to test exhaustively since you can't share a trigger across multiple columns right now, but: rebuild indexes, poked around the trigger list and trigger details, added/removed triggers.

4bccb1547d Modularize the "jump nav" behaviors in global search
Summary: Depends on D19087. Ref T13079. This still doesn't feel like the most clean, general system in the world, but is a step forward from hard-coded `switch()` stuff.

Test Plan:
- Jumped to `r`.
- Jumped to `a`.
- Jumped to `r poe` (multiple results).
- Jumped to `r poetry` (one result).
- Jumped to `r syzygy` (no results).
- Jumped to `p`.
- Jumped to `p robot` (multiple results); `p assessment` (one result).
  - The behavior for `p <string>` has changed slightly but should be more powerful now (it's consistent with `r <string>`).
- Jumped to `s <symbol>` and `s <context>-><symbol>`.
- Jumped to `d`.
- Jumped to `f`.
- Jumped to `t`.
- Jumped to `T123`, `D123`, `@dog`, `PHID-DREV-abcd`, etc.

f4f73e0a7e Separate fulltext engine extensions into "enrich" and "index" phases
Summary:
Ref T12819. Some of the extensions "enrich" the document (adding more fields or relationships), while others "index" it (insert it into some kind of index for later searching).

Currently, these are all muddled under a single "index" phase. However, the Ferret extension cares about fields and relationships which other extensions may add.

Split this into two phases: "enrich" adds fields and relationships so other extensions can read them later if they want. "Index" happens after the document is built and has all the fields and relationships.

The specific problem this solves is that comments may not have been added to the document when the Ferret extension runs. By moving them to the "enrich" phase, the Ferret engine will be able to see and index comments.

Test Plan: Ran `bin/search index ...`, grepped for `indexFulltextDocument`.

b27c2ed6d1 Index Project milestones to accurately reflect milestone membership
Summary: Fixes T12505. `PhabricatorProjectsMembershipIndexEngineExtension->materializeProject()` was incorrectly bailing early for milestone objects, which prevented milestone members from being calculated correctly. This was causing problems where (for example) an Owners package owned by a milestone wasn't being satisfied when a member of the milestone approved a revision.

Test Plan: Invoked migration, observed that a user's milestones correctly showed up when searched for. Also observed that accepting a revision on behalf of a milestone now satisfies Owners rules.

ad3745c801 Add a "columns" attachment to the maniphest.search API method
Summary:
Ref T12074. This allows callers to identify which columns an object appears in (currently, always tasks).

There are a few major cases:

  - Object is in a normal column: we return column information.
  - Object is in a proxy column (subproject or milestone). For example, when you look at the board for "Some Parent Project", the task might show up in a milestone column. I've chosen to not return anything in this case: you can figure out that the task is there by looking at the project structure, and this is kind of an internal artifact of the implementation and probably not useful to callers.
  - Project does not have a workboard: we return nothing.

These seem fairly reasonable, I think?

Test Plan:
  - Queried for tasks, using the "columns" attachment.
  - Dragged a task across a board, querying it repeatedly. Got expected results for normal column (the column), subprojects with no board (nothing), milestones with no board (nothing) and mielstones/subprojects with a board (the column on //that// board, only, not the proxy column on the parent).

c0bec6c0ed Add "parent" and "ancestor" information to the project.search API
Summary:
Ref T12074.

  - Adds a new "parent" property on main results. This shows an abbreviated version of the project's parent, or `null` if the project is a root project.
  - Adds a new "ancestor" attachment to pull the entire ancestor list.
  - Adds a new "depth" property on main results.
  - You can use "parent" or "depth" to tell if a project is a subproject or not.

These attempt to balance convenience, power, and performance: the full ancestor list can be big so I made it an attachment, but the other stuff isn't too big and is cheap and seems reasonable to always include.

Test Plan:
In API results:

  - Saw null parent (root projects) and non-null parent (subprojects/milestones).
  - Used "ancestors" attchment, got full list of ancestors.
  - Saw appropriate "depth" values.

64509dcca7 Drive CLI-based revision edits through "differential.revision.edit" API + EditEngine
Summary:
Ref T11114. This creates `differential.revision.edit` (a modern, v3 API method) and redefines the existing methods in terms of it.

Both `differential.createrevision` and `differential.updaterevision` are now internally implemented by building a `differential.revision.edit` API call and then executing it.

I //think// this covers everything except custom fields, which need some tweaking to work with EditEngine. I'll clean that up in the next change.

  - Called APIs manually via test console.

61f82bb97b Introduce "Curtain" views, panels, and extensions
Summary:
This opens up the new action column to have specialized rendering and behavior. Briefly:

  - Converted applications (right now, only Paste) render a `CurtainView` to build the column content.
  - This view uses new extensions to build panels (projects, subscribers, tokens).
  - The panel extension code and rendering can be changed without breaking old stuff.

Minor changes:

  - Token awards now load their tokens, for consistency/simplicity.
  - Removed the rest of the "fork of" / "forked from" UI in Paste -- I essentially removed these features a while ago, and no one has complained.

26ba4e8717 Materialize parent project memberships
Summary:
Ref T10010. Subprojects have the following general membership rule: if you are a member of a subproject ("Engineering > Backend"), you are also a member of the parent project.

It would be unreasonably difficult to implement this rule directly in SQL when querying `withMemberPHIDs()`, because we'd have to do an arbitrarily large number of arbitrarily deep joins, or fetch and then requery a lot of data.

Instead, introduce "materailized members", which are just a copy of all the effective members of a project. When a subproject has a membership change, we go recompute the effective membership of all the parent projects. Then we can just JOIN to satisfy `withMemberPHIDs()`.

Having this process avialable will also be useful in the future, when a project's membership might be defined by some external source.

Also make milestones mostly work like we'd expect them to with respect to membership and visibility.

Test Plan:
  - Added and executed unit tests.
  - Changed project members, verified materialized members populated correctly in the database.

d7693a93b3 Provide "Change Projects" and "Change Subscribers" (instead of "Add ...") in comment actions
Summary:
Ref T9908. Fixes T6205.

This is largely some refactoring to improve the code. The new structure is:

  - Each EditField has zero or one "submit" (normal edit form) controls.
  - Each EditField has zero or one "comment" (stacked actions) controls.
    - If we want more than one in the future, we'd just add two fields.
  - Each EditField can have multiple EditTypes which provide Conduit transactions.
  - EditTypes are now lower-level and less involved on the Submit/Comment pathways.

Test Plan:
  - Added and removed projects and subscribers.
  - Changed task statuses.
  - In two windows: added some subscribers in one, removed different ones in the other. The changes did not conflict.
