Summary:
Ref T8441. Ref T7715.
- These are obsolete after the Viewer/HandlePool changes.
- These are unused after the typeahead parameterization changes.
Test Plan: `grep`, poked around.

Maniphest Tasks: T7715, T8441
Differential Revision: https://secure.phabricator.com/D13176
Summary:
Resolves T4659. This implements support for sorting tasks by custom fields.
Some of this feels hacky in the way it's hooked up to the Maniphest search engine and task query.
Test Plan: Queryed on a custom date field, with a small page size, and moved back and forth through the result set.

Maniphest Tasks: T4659
Differential Revision: https://secure.phabricator.com/D10106
Summary: Fixes T4466. We do an excessively strict effect check now, which means that these fields changing from (string) "16" to (int) 16 generates a transaction. Instead, compare integer values if the field has data in it.
Test Plan:
{F116261}
(Also made updates without changing the number, which did not appear in the transaction log anymore.)

Maniphest Tasks: T4466
Differential Revision: https://secure.phabricator.com/D8292
Summary:
Ref T418. This is fairly messy, but basically:
- Add a validation phase to TransactionEditor.
- Add a validation phase to CustomField.
- Bring it to StandardField.
- Add validation logic for the int field.
- Provide support in related classes.
Test Plan: See screenshot.

Maniphest Tasks: T418
Differential Revision: https://secure.phabricator.com/D7028
Summary:
Currently, `ManiphestAuxiliaryFieldDefaultSpecification` uses about a dozen giant `switch` statements to implement stadard field types (int, string, date, bool, select, user, remarkup, etc). This is:
- pretty gross;
- not extensible; and
- doesn't really let us share that much code.
I got about halfway through porting a similar implementation into StandardField but I wasn't thrilled with it. Subclass StandardField instead to implement custom field types.
Test Plan: Added an "int" custom field, verified it had integer semantics and indexed into the integer index.
