Ref T4245 Make repo callsigns optional
This is far from done and still very ugly. I'm just submitting it to check if i'm solving this in the right places.
Right now there's three places with duplicate code and building the identifierMap in the CommitQuery is very ugly.
If we only want to support this in the user frontend then i could hack it into the Markup rule itself and not touch the CommitQuery. Even uglier but more limited in scope...
Generally this approach will need a lot of "check this first and then try the other" in a few places.
I could move the Repository queries into a specialised PhabricatorRepositoryQuery method (withCallsignOrID) but i'm not sure about that.
Test Plan:
- phid.lookup works with R1 and rTEST (which is the same repo)
- R1 and rTEST euqally work in remarkup (tested in comments).
- Reviewed the following syntax also all works:

Summary:
Fixes T6619. In `{Xnnn key=value, key=value}` we did not require a separator between the object and the key-value part. This could lead to `{rX11aaa}` being parsed as `{rX11 aaa}`, i.e. a reference to `rX11` with parameter `aaa` set.
Instead, require a space or comma before we'll parse key-value parts of embedded objects.

Added and executed unit tests.

Test Plan: Browsed Diffusion. Browsed Differential/Maniphest with linked commits. Used jump nav; used `phid.lookup` and `phid.query`. Used remarkup for Git and SVN repos. Grepped for PHID_TYPE_CMIT.

Summary:
Depends on D6329. This fixes `http://www.example.com/D123`, which currently gets the "D123" rendered, after addition of the Asana rule. It also removes a hack for object refernces.
Basically, the "hyperlink" rule needs to happen after rules which specialize hyperlinks (Youtube, Asana) but before rules which apply to general text (like the Differential and Maniphest rules). Allow these rules to specify that they have higher or lower priority.
Test Plan: Asana rules, Differential rules and Diffusion rules now all markup correctly.

Summary:
Ref T2852. Primarily, this expands API access to Asana. As a user-visible effect, it links Asana tasks in Remarkup.
When a user enters an Asana URI, we register an onload behavior to make an Ajax call for the lookup. This respects privacy imposed by the API without creating a significant performance impact.

Summary:
D5120 and followups refactor and generalize object references in Remarkup -- notably, they move remarkup rules from a central location to the implementing applications.
Preserve blame by doing moves/renames only first. This change moves application remarkup rules into those applications, and renames the ones D5120 modifies.
Test Plan: Typed some preview text into a textarea, got a valid Remarkup render.
