Summary: This has been causing scrolling issues for me for a while, turns out the footer behind the Conpherence layout can bubble up and cause scrolling issues if you don't hit the scrollarea in the right place with your finger. Hiding it via CSS or removing the footer in the configuration resolves the issue on my phone on secure.
Test Plan: Test with and without footer on secure, hide footer in CSS since it's not visible anyways.

Summary: This removes 'full-display', 'minimal-display' from Conpherence, which I recall was because we had 2 UIs for column and regular chat. I'm also tossing in slightly nicer search results, with a link to the actual message and the full date shown for context.
Test Plan: Post a message in mobile, tablet, full conpherence, and in durable column. Clean up UI in durable column. Do a search in Full UI, click on result date, get taken to the message... usually. My test data is a little wonky, but I think this works most of the time.

Summary: This adds a "column" icon into crumbs, like in workboards, for expanding or hiding the "Widget Pane". This is per user sticky and defaults to off.

Summary: Working towards a more unified look and feel. This brings in Lato as a complete base font over Helvetica Neue, as well as removing Source Sans Pro from DocumentView and Conpherence. Design-wise Lato provides the nice readability at larger font sizes that Source Sans Pro did, with the ability to scale down to tables and UI widgets with ease. This gives us one font instead of two, and now Object descriptions and Timeline posts all can benefit from a consistent, readable font.

Summary: Fixes T8102. This makes public rooms actually work. Also lets users see the search listings page so they can wander into all public rooms without logging in.
Test Plan: As logged out user, visited ZXX and ZYY. ZXX was public, so I could see it and had a little "Login to Participate" button in the bottom. ZYY was not public so I was prompted to login. Back on ZXX I clicked the Conpherence crumb and got a sensible UI where most links prompted me to login. CLicked "search" and saw listings for all public rooms.

Summary: Fixes T7757. Since anchor links can't be processed server side, we have to detect the message is old in javascript, then re-loaded the page. This opens up a new corner case where we have to paginate in newer messages, so this also adds support for that.
Test Plan:
- set main query limit to 8 and then visited ZXX#YYY. noted a second quick load of YYY, that YYY ended up highlighted and scrolled to.
- used "show newer messages" and "show older messages" successfully, taking care to make sure transaction ids were all correct with no off by one errors, etc.
- opened and closed durable column to make sure that still works too

This kills the general CSS file that once powered application transaction in favor of a specific CSS file for the shared transaction styles for both full view and durable column view. - not working in column view, since the generic anchor technology conflicts once you navigate to a page with a transaction timeline view
- not working if you are linking to a message not included in initial load
Remaining work is addressing these oddities.

- make back end load from hyperlinked transaction forward? or do it more like application transactions and have the client keep requesting stuff until it gets it?

Summary: Conpherence Full modernize pass, setting standard space and colors on all widget panels. Moved menu back to 240px as the narrow column wasn't really usefull. Removed 'subtitle' on menu, seems simpler but almost under-designed. Subtitle isn't particularly useful and I plan on adding audience icons next (single, group, project, public) so I think this is the right direction.
