Summary: Ref T10319. This swaps the default in the Picture Chooser to allow picking of the custom unique avatar. We're currently going with 100k unique possibilities. The logic roughly hashes a user name and picks an image pack, color, and border. Based on that, we select the first character of their username, or fall back to Psyduck if not [a-z][0-9].

Set the following usernames from ProfilePicture as a test: chad, epriestley, sally, 007, _cat_, -doggie-.

Summary: Ref T10319. This builds out a reasonably decent avatar generator. 256 colors x 74 images x 2 borders, 38k options. Not completely sure though how names disburse though, so likely half that number. I can add lowercase lettering to double the footprint if needed though.

Summary: This moves room pictures out of the dialog and into it's own PictureController. Also adds a standard image (and removes the "last person to chat" picture (though we could add that back. My plan is though that direct messages use auto use the other person's photo, after we have editengine and room pictures will have a plain, replaceable image.
Test Plan: Set a new room picture, remove a picture. Run migration, see old images properly set with new image.

- When a project is a parent project, destroy (as far as the user can tell) any custom columns.
- When a project has milestones, automatically generate columns on the project's workboard (if it has a workboard).
- When you move tasks between milestones, add the proper milestone tag.
- When you move tasks out of milestones back into the backlog, add the proper parent project tag.
- (Plenty of UI / design stuff to adjust.)
Test Plan:
- Dragged stuff between milestone columns.

- Wasn't able to find any egregiously bad cases that did anything terrible.

The thumbnailing code is some of the only code in the codebase which doesn't use exceptions to handle errors. I'm going to convert it to use exceptions; make sure they do something reasonable at top level.
Strategy here is:
- By default, we just fall back to a placeholder image if anything goes wrong.
- Later, I'll likely add a "debug" workflow from the new "Transforms" UI which will surface the specific exception instead (the code can't really raise any interesting exceptions right now).
Test Plan: Faked an exception and saw some reasonable default images.

Summary:
Fixes T3132. Currently, if a user deletes a file which is present in a mock, that mock throws an exception when loading. If the file is also the cover photo, the mock list throws an exception as well.
In other applications, we can sometimes deal with this (a sub-object vanishing) by implicitly hiding the parent object (for example, we can just vanish feed stories about objects which no longer exist). We can also sometimes deal with it by preventing sub-objects from being directly deleted.
However, neither approach is reasonable in this case.
If we vanish the whole mock, we'll lose all the comments and it will generally be weird. Vanishing a mock is a big deal compared to vanishing a feed story. We'll also need to load more data on the list view to prevent showing a mock on the list view and then realizing we need to vanish it on the detail view (because all of its images have been deleted).
We permit total deletion of files to allow users to recover from accidentally uploading sensitive files (which has happened a few times), and I'm hesitant to remove this capability because I think it serves a real need, so we can't prevent sub-objects from being deleted.
So we're left in a relatively unique situation. To solve this, I've added a "builtin" mechanism, which allows us to expose some resource we ship with as a PhabricatorFile. Then we just swap it out in place of the original file and proceed forward normally, as though nothing happened. The user sees a placeholder image instead of the original, but everything else works reasonably and this seems like a fairly acceptable outcome.
I believe we can use this mechanism to simplify some other code too, like default profile pictures.
Test Plan: Deleted a Pholio mock cover image's file. Implemented change, saw functional Pholio again with beautiful life-affirming "?" art replacing soul-shattering exception.
