76577df506 Extract textual object list parsing from Differential
Summary:
Ref T2222. Currently, Differential has a fairly hairy piece of logic to parse object lists, like `Reviewers: alincoln, htaft`. Extract, generalize, and cover this.

  - Some of the logic can be simplified with modern ObjectQuery stuff.
  - Make `@username` the formal monogram for users.
  - Make `list@domain.com` the formal monogram for mailing lists.
  - Add test coverage.

Test Plan:
  - Ran unit tests.
  - Called `differential.parsecommitmessage` with a bunch of real-world inputs and got sensible results.

3c19f363bf Provide result type information in tokenizers
Summary:
Ref T1279. The new dual-mode user/project tokenizers are a bit disorienting. Provide content type hints.

Very open to any suggestions here, most of this patch is just getting the right data in the right places. We can change things up pretty easily.

  - I like the little icons in the tokens themselves, I think they look good and are useful.
  - I'm less sold on the '(Project)' thing I did in the dropdown. We can easily make this richer if you have thoughts on it -- we could put icons in the left column maybe? Or right-justify the types?
  - I made it always sort users above projects.

Test Plan: See screenshot.

5863f792a6 Remove many redundant implementations of canLoadNamedObject()
Summary:
These just got copy/pasted like crazy, the base class has the correct default implementation.

(I'm adding "H" for Herald Rules, which is why I was in this code.)

I also documented the existing prefixes at [[ Object Name Prefixes ]].

Test Plan: Verified base implementation. Typed some object names into the jump nav.

7f11e8d740 Improve handling of email verification and "activated" accounts
Summary:
Small step forward which improves existing stuff or lays groudwork for future stuff:

  - Currently, to check for email verification, we have to single-query the email address on every page. Instead, denoramlize it into the user object.
    - Migrate all the existing users.
    - When the user verifies an email, mark them as `isEmailVerified` if the email is their primary email.
    - Just make the checks look at the `isEmailVerified` field.
  - Add a new check, `isUserActivated()`, to cover email-verified plus disabled. Currently, a non-verified-but-not-disabled user could theoretically use Conduit over SSH, if anyone deployed it. Tighten that up.
  - Add an `isApproved` flag, which is always true for now. In a future diff, I want to add a default-on admin approval queue for new accounts, to prevent configuration mistakes. The way it will work is:
    - When the queue is enabled, registering users are created with `isApproved = false`.
    - Admins are sent an email, "[Phabricator] New User Approval (alincoln)", telling them that a new user is waiting for approval.
    - They go to the web UI and approve the user.
    - Manually-created accounts are auto-approved.
    - The email will have instructions for disabling the queue.

I think this queue will be helpful for new installs and give them peace of mind, and when you go to disable it we have a better opportunity to warn you about exactly what that means.

Generally, I want to improve the default safety of registration, since if you just blindly coast through the path of least resistance right now your install ends up pretty open, and realistically few installs are on VPNs.

Test Plan:
  - Ran migration, verified `isEmailVerified` populated correctly.
  - Created a new user, checked DB for verified (not verified).
  - Verified, checked DB (now verified).
  - Used Conduit, People, Diffusion.

2a5c987c71 Lock policy queries to their applications
Summary:
While we mostly have reasonable effective object accessibility when you lock a user out of an application, it's primarily enforced at the controller level. Users can still, e.g., load the handles of objects they can't actually see. Instead, lock the queries to the applications so that you can, e.g., never load a revision if you don't have access to Differential.

This has several parts:

  - For PolicyAware queries, provide an application class name method.
  - If the query specifies a class name and the user doesn't have permission to use it, fail the entire query unconditionally.
  - For handles, simplify query construction and count all the PHIDs as "restricted" so we get a UI full of "restricted" instead of "unknown" handles.

Test Plan:
  - Added a unit test to verify I got all the class names right.
  - Browsed around, logged in/out as a normal user with public policies on and off.
  - Browsed around, logged in/out as a restricted user with public policies on and off. With restrictions, saw all traces of restricted apps removed or restricted.

fd2593e8ab Restore setting "disabled" on user handles of disabled users
Summary:
Fixes T3666. D6585 updated the User handles, but accidentally dropped this unusual property.

We should get rid of this -- it doesn't really make any sense on Handles -- but restore the previous beahvior to fix T3666 until we can nuke it.

Test Plan: Clicked some pages? (Actually testing this properly is a bit of a pain and I am super lazy.)

1cb0db8755 Move PhabricatorUser to new phid stuff
Summary: Ref T2715. Had to start loading status information in the query class. Debated trying to clean up some of the attach / load stuff but decided to just add status under the new paradigm for now.

Test Plan: phid.query also made a status and checked that out. also played in conpherence.
